  • Certainly, we stand by the quality of our delivery so we offer a 10 year warranty, which is 4 years longer than industry standard.

  • You will only be dealing with one project manager as your single point of contact. It’s a simple, easy, and responsive way to deal with us.

  • Every house and project is slightly different, but from start to finish the average completion time for a bathroom or laundry renovation is 4-6 weeks.

  • We can source your selections from a wide range of suppliers across Canberra, based entirely on your preferences. We have a strong partnership with Beaumont Tiles and can deliver all their complete bathroom packages.

  • Absolutely! As an additional service, we can organise a shopping trip with our designer, ensuring your selections stay within budget, are readily available, and look amazing.

  • Absolutely. Our NSW and ACT builder licence numbers are listed at the bottom of our website, and full insurance details are available upon request.

  • If you opt in for the additional design service, designer will work on plans with you and refine these to match your chosen products. They use tools to enable you to visualise the finished space before work begins.

  • Yes—we take care of all of that for you, and it’s included in our quotes. We work closely with ACTPLA, QPRC, and asbestos compliance teams to ensure every step in obtaining permits and certificates is handled precisely and in full compliance.

  • Our quote outlines the progress payment schedule and available payment options. We’re also happy to discuss flexible payment plans, allowing you to spread the cost of your renovation over time—just give us a call to chat through the details.
